HGTV has chosen St. Simons Island, Georgia, as the location of its 21st annual HGTV Dream Home. This year’s destination is one of America’s favorite beach towns. The waterfront home was designed by interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn to bridge the gap between indoor and outdoor living.
This year’s lucky grand prize winner will also receive a cash prize of $250,000 from national mortgage lender Quicken Loans, along with a brand new Honda Pilot Elite.

- The HGTV Dream Home 2017 Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, age 21 or older. Void where prohibited.
- Starts at 9 a.m. ET on December 28, 2016 and ends at 5 p.m. ET on February 17, 2017.
- This year’s prize consists of a home on St. Simons Island, Georgia (completely remodeled and fully furnished), a $250,000 cash prize from national mortgage lender Quicken Loans, and a Honda Pilot Elite.
