What Is The 2018 Walmart Survey Sweepstakes

The 2018 Walmart Survey Sweepstakes is a Promotion sponsored by Walmart Stores. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50  United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

The Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:01am CT on November 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on January 31, 2018. Regardless of the entry method used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of 78 entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Look for survey invitation on the top of your Walmart receipt after a recent shopping experience at Walmart and go to www.survey.walmart.com within one week from the cash register receipt date. Enter the unique code found on the cash register receipt. Then, complete the survey  and click the “Submit” button to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
