How do I delete this app from my phone?
I had to go to fridge at front of cashier to find refresh water…never saw animal crackers or water crackers at the 2 stores i shop….today I finally got the sour cream as it was in stock. Bread crumbs were never there. Never saw nail clippers either. .?????

I won single serve Animal Cookies and have been to 3 stores and there are none. I’ve won several bottles of refresh but have had to open cases of water to get the single bottles of refresh.
I’ve yet to find the nail clippers, 5 count razors, 100 yard dental floss restocked at any of the 3 Safeway locations. There was no easy way to view all the instant winners in the app. You have to wade through all the other coupons and tokens and entries to find them. There were some good and bad with how the game was played this year. It is unclear if I can still get my free items now that the game has ended. It would have been good of Safeway to make the game coupons expiration longer than May 27th. Lastly SAFEWAY needs to have areas of the instant winner items in bins to make it easier on us to get the correct items or allowed substitutes if Safeway is out of stock and make sure to have stock on hand to refill them.
The only item I have no problem getting is the French Bread from the bakery. Yum!
This time you have to scan all the COUPON on to your phone for the free items to go into your list. I agree alot of things that should have been free were not and had to go to customer service.
I am an avid shopper at Safeway bought a lot of groceries but can’t even play because I don’t have a cell phone. I am 73 and enjoy little games but this should be available to everyone that shops at Safeway. I have hundreds of pieces but never opened one to participate. Shame on you Safeway.

Please don’t waste your time. I won over 525 tokens, took me a few days to open them and scan them, now I find out all the prizes are gone except of course if you want to use the token to buy
refreshe water safeway pasta or nail clippers. This was my last time playing you even have to fight to get the free stuff as they charge the full price.

Interesting, I just look on line 5/7 and every one of the prizes you can buy with point is still available? All accept for the CASH Gift cards.
Your App is frozen on the IPhone. We have deleted and re-booted and it still does not move. Can you provide a fix for this?
You show rare game pieces but there does not seem to be a hame board or away to find out if you have a rare piece or any piece. Please explain.
Ymmv I have won 2 nail clippers 2 gravies 1 bbq sauce and 3 sour cream however I take them to the cashier and pay full price each time. The store doesn’t credit the game and since I buy perishables I can’t stand in the miles deep line to get refunded. Looks like mother’s day and Christmas presents are covered.heck at this rate trick or treaters will be carrying home groceries.
